The Ørgreen Family might love food just about as much as creating cool and innovative eyewear.  And this year marks another great acheivement for Denmark as it sweeps the culinary world, first with NOMA's #1 spot named by Restaurant and now with Rasmus Koefoed taking the coveted first place prize at the Bocuse d'Or for 2011.  This may be old news for the foodies but this is truly worth mentioning for the burgeoning and inspiring Danish talent alone.
